Artist's Description
Peggy's Cove is a small rural community located on the eastern shore of St. Margaret's Bay in the Halifax Regional Municipality, which is the site of Peggy's Cove Lighthouse.
At this special touristy costal village you will find the local inhabitants still fish for lobster, and the community maintains a rustic undeveloped appearance.
Peggy's Cove Village and many other surrounding area's should be on everyone's bucket list. Then don't be surprised if you find yourself returning again, and again, and again. It beholds a charm like not other.

About Marilyn McNish
Marilyn is a contemporary realist artist, who paints vibrant and colorful paintings from photographs or memory, with her most popular medium being acrylic. She teaches art lessons to young enthusiasms in her home and schools. Her artwork is displayed in corporate and government offices, and she participates in various art shows, galleries. Marilyn’s subjects and interests vary, allowing her to paint many interesting compositions, which she feels diversifies and challenges her skills.
