Title
Hawker - Waiting out the storm
Artist
Marilyn McNish
Medium
Painting - Acrylic And Ink On Canvas
Description
There is something surreal about this airplane that transports cargo to our northern first nation reserves and remote mining locations. It is the northern link to survival during the cold winter months. Unfortunately, bad weather does happen and everything stops to wait out the storm. Including the Hawker Siddeley 748 cargo plane.
Many thanks to the following groups for their recognition: Wisconsin Flowers & Scenery, Painting the Old Way, The Importance of White, Aviation Art, Paintings and Blue Paintings Group.
